Titles, dimensions, dating and attribution are given in good faith based on information from the artists and their institution. Originals are sold as originals; reproductions are always clearly labelled as such.

We provide the provenance information available to us for each work. Buyers are responsible for any import formalities and taxes in the destination country.

The Bashu Art Realm brand, logos, artwork photographs and website copy are the property of Bashu Art Realm and the respective artists.

Liability for delivered goods is governed by the relevant sales contract and Incoterms.
